Is a consultation required before treatment?
Many of our services begin with a personalized consultation. This private appointment allows your provider to understand your concerns, review your health history and thoughtfully recommend treatments aligned with your goals. When appropriate and scheduling allows, treatment may be performed the same day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $50 fee.
What if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving promptly to allow time for check-in, photography, numbing and any necessary preparation. To preserve the quality of your experience and respect the appointments that follow, a late arrival may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
How should I prepare for my treatment?

Before your appointment, our team will provide personalized guidance regarding skincare, medications, supplements, sun exposure, hydration and activity. Please disclose all medications, supplements, allergies and relevant medical conditions so we can plan your care safely and appropriately.
How much downtime should I expect?
Downtime varies by treatment and individual response. Some services require little to no recovery, while others may involve temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness or peeling. Your provider will review what to expect and provide detailed aftercare instructions to support a comfortable recovery.
When will I see my results?
Every treatment follows its own timeline. Some improvements may be visible shortly after your appointment, while regenerative and collagen-stimulating treatments continue to develop gradually over several weeks or months. For the most refined and lasting outcome, a treatment series and ongoing maintenance may be recommended.
Are results guaranteed?
